PAYMENT TERMS:
Please take note that all the prices shown are in U.S. Dollars so payments should be in U.S. currency.
Payment must be received within 12 days of sale, if not received within that time frame, we will place the item back on sale. We accept Paypal, Money Order, Certified Check, Bank Cashiers Check, if sending a USPS money order it must be the PINK version, we cannot accept the Green USPS money
order.
SHIPPING:
We ship using both USPS and Canada Post Postal Services, the costs for shipping will vary due to both the weight and box dimension of items and the shipping service you will choose to use.
For U.S. customers who have purchased items under $200.00 you can get in touch with me about the weight of a garment and you can then enter your zip code to figure out the cost of shipping. I do have to charge an additional $4.00 handling fee as I am in Canada and have to pay a carrier service to deliver my US clients parcels across the border to ship from the US postal outlet in Champlain, N.Y. I do also require that you purchase insurance.
For U.S. clients who purchase items over $200.00, I will be in touch with you in regards to your shipping options as I cannot use USPS services for these items.
For Canadian Buyers I use Canada Post.
For International Buyers I can use either USPS services or Canada Post. Please get in touch with me to discuss these options.
With Canada Post this is the breakdown in pricing.
1) Regular small package airmail (this method can only be used if the item when packaged weighs under 2.2 pounds) this service is not trackable and is insured for loss in the amount of approximately $80.00 U.S.
2) Expedited Service which is ground service for larger packages (this method can be insured for loss up to CAD funds $1000 and is trackable) and
3) Expresspost Airmail Service which is the quickest method and can be insured for loss up to CAD funds $1000 and is trackable)

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Please take note that these are vintage items and that we try our very best to describe them accurately including any flaws we find. As these
items will have been used they may not be perfect but we try our best to buy our merchandise in very good to excellent condition. We purchase our items from
estate sales and privately, so most of these items are coming straight out of closets and have been stored away for years so there may well be some
imperfections. Some of these items should be dry cleaned and/or pressed by a trusted professional when received, as they will suffer some wrinkling due to packaging and shipping.. You must also pay close attention to the measurements we take of the garments, as with vintage clothing the sizing is
decidedly different than today's sizing. We lay our garments flat and then measure across the bust, waist and hip and then double the measurement. You
must be careful that if it is too close to your own measurement it won't fit unless it is made of a stretchy fabric; if you have doubts about the
size please email us in advance. Another way to know is to measure a garment you already own that you are comfortable in and compare the measurements of it with what you are interested in.
We will only take returns if the item was truly misrepresented either by not disclosing a major flaw or a major error in sizing. As these are used
items, there may be a tiny flaw, loose stitch, small stain (we will try our best
to divulge what is wrong, but it is possible to miss a very minor flaw). You must get in touch with us by email within 24 hours of receiving the
item, if you wish to make a return and the item must be mailed back to us within 3 days of receiving it. Shipping expenses will not be refunded.
Please take note that if you are sending any item back the package must be marked as RETURN to Sender for Credit, otherwise taxes and brokerage fees may well be incurred and if not marked as such, we will have to deduct that cost from the refund.
CANADIAN BUYERS:
PLEASE NOTE: To all my Canadian buyers - I am a registered business within Canada and therefore must charge the GST tax to Canadian buyers and the GST and the PST tax to all Quebec Buyers on the total sales amount. I will supply my tax number to my Canadian buyers upon sale.
