Stylish and Trendy!

Description: Wonderful vintage mod peacoat or jacket from Gordon of Philadelphia. There is no size tag so please see measurements below to ensure a proper fit. It measures small to medium. The fiber content tag reads "100% Pure Wool" and the colors of the houndstooth are green and pinkish which gives the look of an orange (see closeups for best representation of color). Perfect for fall weather!

Features of this vintage jacket include a notched collar, double breasted front closure with 3/4 inch green buttons and extra single inside button for extra closure, a shiny liquid green colored lining, two roomy side pockets with fabric cuff, a back belt for decoration with two matching buttons for faux closure and long sleeves with three smaller matching buttons for faux closure, and a back slit for ease of movement.

Measurements (taken with coat fastened and from the outside) : Shoulder to shoulder 16 inches, Underarm to underarm 19 1/2 inches, Shoulder to end of sleeve 23 inches, Underarm to end of sleeve 16 inches, Side of waist to side of waist approx 18 inches, Side of hips to side of hips approx 21 inches, Back of neck to bottom hem 31 1/4 inches, and Side of bottom hem to other side 24 1/2 inches.

This coat is in very, very good condition! The only flaws are with the lining: There is an open seam under the right arm (inside the sleeve), a small pull near the seam on the left pocket and a very, very light discoloration under the arms.
