Vintage late 50's Nelly Don Striped Dress S-M-
This dress is so cute. They are highly collectible, when someone gets a classic Nelly Don they keep them forever.
I love this dress! Done in a thin cotton , only guessing. I didn't do a burn test. I am sure it's cotton, no pilling. The style is a shirtwaist dress with front red buttons, and no belt. I added a red belt , but any belt would do.The dress looks great with a full crinoline or without. A great dress that's cool enough for this coming spring, or layer it with tights and flats, add a light cardigan, and you have a very versatile dress. It has the original label, era is from the 1950's. I checked with the VFG.

Condition- This dress is not new, it has had a good life. The only flaws I found are the belt is missing, and some normal wear, but in great vintage condition for its age, very wearable.
Measurements- Bust 36-( some stretch to 38) Waist- tight fitted no stretch 28- Hips- full -Shoulders- 16- Arms- 18( cropped sleeves)
